1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully received.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays. During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed.
2. Shipping Destinations
Currently, Tickoy ships only to customers located in the United States and Europe.
At this time, we do not offer shipping to other countries or regions.
3. Shipping Time
Estimated delivery time is 7–15 business days after your order has been processed and shipped.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, carrier operations, customs procedures, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Confirmation
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, when available.
Tracking updates may take several days to appear after the shipment has been dispatched.
5. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Tickoy is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.
6. Lost or Delayed Packages
While we work closely with our shipping partners, Tickoy cannot guarantee delivery dates.
If your package is significantly delayed or appears to be lost in transit, please contact our customer support team and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
7. Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and provide photos of the damaged package and product. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
